Diane began her interest in strength and flexibility training by preparing herself for gymnastic competitions and college cheer leading during high school and college years. Diane graduated from Purdue University as a Registered Nurse, where she worked in a variety of areas that included ICU, CCU, and Post-Op Recovery room specialties over a 15 year career.

While working as a nurse, Diane participated in and taught a variety of fitness, cycling, and weight training classes. With a desire to continue to help individuals achieve improved health, along with her ability to teach others, she transitioned to a career in fitness instruction. Her interests in health and fitness led her to pursue additional education by attending classes at ASU in muscle/joint kinesiology, exercise science, and nutrition.

Diane now has over 10 years experience in personal training, and is widely known and respected in her field. Diane leverages her nursing knowledge to design and implement fitness training methods tailored to the specific needs of each client. She discusses appropriate cardiovascular and strength training programs to promote weight loss, endurance and muscular definition.

Diane is married and has three teenage and college boys. She understands the fitness needs of all ages, and will develop a unique training regimen to help clients effectively meet their goals, while avoiding injuries.

Diane understands how to work with clients that have existing medical conditions needing rehabilitation or special attention. She also has experience working with competitive athletes who desire training for figure and/or body building competitions.
